I am looking for some quit smoking natural ways and i heard about herbal cigarettes or electric cigarettes are they good enough and where can i buy electronic cigarette.

Two of the top quit smoking aids are NicRX and Smoke Deter?
Does anyone have a testimony on either of these products?

what is a good quit smoking aid that you have used successfully? this is my third or fourth time trying. i tried the nicotine gum but i dont like it because it burns my throat. what else is out there?

My doctor has givin me Chantix to help me quit smoking. It has been on the market for about 2 months. It works great, I have no cravings at all. I was smoking a pack and a half for about 5 years. Has anyone elce tryed this?It is a pill. The first 3 days you take .5mg in the morining with food and day 4 7 you take .5 mg in the moring and with dinner. Then for a wile you take 1 mg in the moring and with dinner. I also tryed the patch the gum nothing worked for me but this works great I love it.

Has anybody ever thought of this idea for a quit-smoking aid?
Here's the idea, and I'm quite sure it has to be possible. Make a mouthwash that coats the mouth and teeth with chemicals or some sort of substance that when met with cigarette smoke causes it to taste gag level nasty. It'd be like the antabuse of quit smoking aids.

I'm on day two of taking Chantix (quitting smoking aid)?
Please only respond if you have experience using this medication or if you know a great deal about it. Last night I couldn't sleep very well at all. I kept waking up, like at least 6 times, from the most vivid dreams they seemed so real . I know this is a side effect but I didn't expect to start getting them after just one day. Should I be prepared for this to get even worse before it gets better, or will the effects gradually fade? I'm just worried because I was so exhausted this morning that I didnt even go to school. Thanks so much in advance.Oh, I forgot to add, I also woke up a few times because my legs were extremely itchy. They had bumps on them, but I'm not sure if it was just from scratching too hard or if it was an irritation rash. Is this part of the side effects cause I never knew about that?
