My boyfriend quitted smoking in May but now he starts it again He told me that he doenst smoke as much as he used to but I dont really believe him. I would love to help him to quit He even tells me that he wants to quit but it's so hard. He's allergic to the patch Do you know any any gum or candy that prevent smoking? He said once you got addicted to the cigs, it's hard to quit. I am 27 and have smoked for ten years. I have tried different methods to quit but never really had any success. I just started Zyban and I am really driven to quit now. Has anyone had success with this or are there any other recommendations?Patch, gum and cold turkey didn't work very well for me.
