Reliable how to quit smoking information

Anyone know how to quit smoking?
My roommate just recently started complaining about how he hated the smell of smoke, so I thought this could be a great chance for me to quit especially because I don't want to burn any bridges down. Anyone have any methods I could use? Whenever I have a pack of cigs, I can't help but think that it would be a bad idea to waste them and end up smoking them all.

I'm 16 weeks pregnant,and I've been a heavy smoker since I was twelve I'm twenty now .Since being pregnant I've significantly cut down on my smoking but haven't been able to stop entirely.Knowing all the risks involved with cigarettes and pregnancy I really really want to stop smoking completely.I have severe anxiety and depression,which makes quitting that much harder,but is still no excuse.Any help with this would be very much appreciated thanks P.S. it's difficult for me to quit, when my father or my boyfriend pulls a cigerette out and smokes it near me,same as for pot, i mean when i think about it... weed, the high isn't really worth it like it was when the very first time i smoked, and it's getting pretty old, i rather at least wait like 6 months to get high again, or maybe even longer, and as of for cigs... they apparently shorten your life.. and the only thing i like about cigs, to inhale and exhale, the taste and smell isn't all that great... weed i know ill do again later in life, i just rather wait a long time... how can i just quit? i wanna feel good about myself.?Anyone that has quit? and felt it was worth it...
