Need help to quit smoking.?
I've tried quitting before but nothing ever works. I'm over two months pregnant and thought that'd be a pretty good reason to quit. But I can't its so hard everyone I know smokes I'm constantly around it. Any tips on how to quit. I also heard that you shouldn't quit well pregnant but cut back instead because you can miscarriage if you quit cold turkey.

I have been smoking for at least 2 years like a train, i am a month pregnant and when i smoke i feel like it is disgusting and get really dizzy and can't take it. I started experimenting with cigarettes 12 I probably became a regular smoker at age 15..I am now 25..with two very small children. I smoked with both pregnancies and my oldest daughter always had chronic bronchitis as a baby. She is now 4. My 5 month old son has RSV, now. I know in my heart I want to quit.
